I believe in customer satisfaction. I will try to make people happy with the items they bought. Please make certain that you ask all of your questions before you order. It is my pleasure to provide any information. After receiving your order, I will send you a confirmaton by email, including information on the shipping fee. I normally do that at once or at least within 2 working days. I am in the Netherlands, so please take into account the time difference. Please send your payment within10 days after the date of my confirmation email.

Buyer pays for all shipping costs. I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail. I can send it registered or insured postage upon request and I use excellent packaging.

I make every effort to describe goods accurately and I try to take detailed pictures. Please bear in mind that the items I sell are vintage or antique, in most cases they are at least 40 or more years old. Normal wear and general appearance are noted only when necessary. Of course, visible flaws, irregularities, chips, etc. are always noted. I have no return policy. However, if for any reason you are unhappy when you receive your item, please email me at once so that we can resolve it.
